Our refund and returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or an exchange item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same brand new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any paint products which are used or part used will not be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, we require the original invoice or proof of purchase to be present with the returned item, so we can check this against the original transaction. (Please also keep a copy of the original invoice for your own records)

Sending returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your unwanted item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return or exchange product to reach us may vary. Important Please use a courier to send return items back and do keep a records of the consignment or tracking number. Please DO NOT send hazardous goods such as paint or aerosol sprays using the Royal Mail network, as these items are now prohibited and you could face prosecution or the item being destroyed if discovered. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds times can vary due the different types of payment method used originally. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or  contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@techniqpro.com and send your item to the address above.
