TechniQ ULTRA-TEQ Satin Black RAL 9005 Chassis and Parts Painting Kit 150°C.

TechniQ® ULTRA-TEQ Chassis and Parts Coating is a very fast drying Anticorrosive coating for the restoration and refinishing of parts and vehicle components.

ULTRA -TEQ is formulated with a specially toughened resin which gives increased bond strength and flexibility. ULTRA-TEQ is temperature resistant to 150°C.

Typical areas for use are:

Vehicle chassis and frame. Wheel arches and hard to reach areas, Suspension components: Leaf and Coil springs, Arms, Drop links, Wishbones, Inner panels. Door skins and Internal unfinished panel areas. Engine Bay side walls, Vehicle bulkhead / unfinished areas,  Body mounts, Chassis rails / Areas that cannot be dissembled, Trailers, Chassis, Running gear.

ULTRA-TEQ Painting Kit Including  500ml Spray & 250ml Brushable Paint and TechniQ® Fine Application Brush – 

Instructions for use:

Spray Can

Shake can for a minimum of 3 minutes until the shake balls can be heard moving freely inside the can

We recommend to make a test spray on an invisible area prior to application.

Brushable Paint

Stir Paint thoroughly for approximately one Minute before use. 

We recommend to make a test paint out on an invisible area prior to application.

Clean off any loose surface rust, alternatively sand with P400 disc on a dual action sander where necessary and apply ULTRA-TEQ to metal, steel and galvanized surfaces.

Apply first light coat and then two to three coats until desired finish is achieved, following the instructions on the can.

Always make sure all areas to be painted are completely clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dirt, polish, wax, dust and any other contaminants.

Do not spray onto rubber boots, polyurethane bushes, plastics and plastic liners, friction elements, cables, calipers, electrical wiring.

Dust Dry: 15-20 Mins at 20°C

Dry Hard: 24 Hours at 20°C
