TechniQ POWERBOND Plastic Repair Adhesive 2K Cartridge 50ml – CLEAR/OPAQUE including Quickgun Dispenser

TechniQ Powerbond Bumper and plastic repair adhesive 50ml cartridge (Clear/Opaque). This cartridge needs to be used in conjunction with the TechniQ Quikgun Plastic Repair Dispenser Art. No. TQ34489

TechniQ Powerbond is special two component toughened adhesive specially designed to repair cracked and damaged plastic parts such as bumpers and fairings on motorcycles. Can also be used to repair plastic trim, dash parts, headlamp brackets, lugs and can be used on most common plastics.

Powerbond has good resistance to outdoor weathering and cures in only 5 to 10 min. Materials can be handled in 20 to 30 mins. (Not suitable for P/E). Highly flexible and will withstand vibration without shrinking or cracking.

Suitable substrates include: all thermosetting plastics and most of all thermoplastic such as ABS, PC, PA, PPO, PP, PP EPDM, SAN. Check the type of plastic to be repaired, as Powerbond will not adhere to Polyethylene Plastics.

Powerbond can be used together in conjunction with TechniQ Flexi Premium Bumper and Plastic Filler when a superfine finish is required on exterior parts. No adhesion promoter is normally required. Thoroughly clean and degrease all plastics prior to application

Note* Powerbond is a two part adhesive in a cartridge which mixes together in a dispensing nozzle. The product is designed to be used for repairing cracks in plastics.
This product is not a substitute for a surface filler or cosmetic repair product for filling light surface damage.
